Department of Fish & Wildlife Goose Reserve
This field is located in the middle of Fir Island, an island of more than 9000 acres created by the north and south forks of the Skagit River. The island is an important habitat for wildlife by supporting the migration of Snow Geese as they migrate between California and Canada. It is also a key location for agriculture and dairy in the county.Click here to access the Department of Fish & Wildlife's Fir Island Reserve page
